Capsugel University Course Selection

These training courses can be customized and combined to meet a variety of business needs. Trainees receive a certificate of completion and may be eligible for a continuing education unit in some cases.

Capsule Filling Technology*

Interactive, hands-on training with a Capsugel technical service professional facilitating operation and troubleshooting techniques for high-speed, intermittent, continuous, semi-solid and liquid-filled filling machines**

Capsugel Equipment Training

In-depth training on Capsugel machines, either on-site or at one of our training locations. Training includes machine overview, breakdown, assembly, alignments and adjustments, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Advance Mechanical Training

In partnership with our capsule filling machine vendor, this intensive course explains the physical operating components of high-speed filling machines.

Basic Capsule Manufacturing/Quality

A two-hour training session emphasizing a quality approach to manufacturing and encapsulation.

Pre-fill and Post-fill Defect Recognition

A one-hour, hands-on session to help operators identify and prevent common defects.

FDA (Pharmaceutical) or Dietary Supplement Good Manufacturing Practices – Focus on Machines

Designed to help customers understand and adapt GMP requirements to their facility.

SOP/Technical Writing

Custom application of how to effectively research, develop, format, write and publish Standard Operating Procedures within the manufacturing facility.

Statistical Process Control and Designed Experiment

Seventy-five percent of complaints come from special causes. Save time by learning how to analyze complaints and design tests around your customers’ most common concerns.

In-Process Sampling

Learn to use basic statistical process control techniques to evaluate the impact of defects. Find the probability of accepting various defect levels and deal with the risks of rejecting the good and accepting the bad.
